The technical staff need the squad picture, management needs contracts and salaries, and the board may only need the summary. Meshin is built so that each role sees what it needs and nothing more.
Role based access
Contracts and salaries stay behind role based permissions. The technical team works without the financial fields, and a read only view keeps to the dashboard and reports.
Every change on record
Every change is logged, so it is always clear who updated a contract, an injury or a squad position, and when.
Reports for every meeting
Reports cover the squad summary, transfer needs, age balance, health and finance, and export as CSV. The panel can carry the club's own colours and name, so it feels like the club's own tool.
