Koçum gives peer coaches one place for students, requests, tasks, meetings and messages.
Coaching several YKS students at once means a lot of moving parts: who studied this week, who skipped their tasks, who asked for a meeting. Koçum gives coaches one panel for all of it, so the time goes to the students instead of to bookkeeping.
The whole picture first
Coaches see active students, monthly income, capacity and rating on one panel. New coaching requests arrive in an inbox to accept or decline, and the panel shows who needs attention.
Plans that update themselves
Tasks come with a subject, topic, question target and days, and can repeat every week. Progress fills in from the questions the student solves, and when the app suggests what to work on next, the coach turns it into a task with one tap.
Meetings and messages
Coaches open availability slots, take meeting requests from the calendar and talk to students in the app, with a weekly report to look back on.
