Running a rowing club off the water
Bookings, live tracking, credits and staff: Oarca Club handles the work that happens around every session.
Rowing gets the attention, but a club runs on everything around it: who has booked which time, which boats are out, how many credits a member has left and which coach looks after which crew. In many clubs that lives in group chats and notebooks. Oarca Club puts it in one app, on the same account as Oarca.
One screen before every session
The club opens on its home screen: an SOS button, how many boats are on the water, the weekly leaderboard and shortcuts to members, boats, lineups and training programs. Everything a coach checks before a session is a tap away.
Members book their own time
Members pick a day on the month calendar, see the open times below it and confirm in one tap. Days with sessions are marked, so a free slot is easy to spot and nobody has to ask the office.
Every boat on a live map
While crews are out, each boat appears on a live map. Pick a crew to follow its pace, stroke rate, distance and heart rate, see how close it is to the session target, and read the heart rate of every seat from bow to stroke.
Credits that add up
Every member sees their remaining credit, the packages they hold and a full credit history, so every booking and top up can be traced. Coaches and managers get their own roles, and each person sees the tools that fit their job.
